Build in 1999 and combining hotel and villa accommodation the Natura Beach is a truly unique holiday retreat. Set on a stunning location right on a very long stretch of sandy beach and surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean orchards and gardens, it is an ideal choice for anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating stay close to nature. The location of the Natura is ideal. Just a few kilometres away from the hotel, figuring prominently over the horizon on the west, is the Akamas peninsula nature reserve, an area with an immensely rich flora and with several walking trails. Depending on the season, the hotel organizes guided walks to the Akamas and guests are welcomed to join in. Guests also have the opportunity to attend the nature lectures and slide shows that are frequently organized by the hotel . For the warmer months a boat trip along the spectacula Akamas coastline is an alternative.

Area Information

The small town of Polis is located at the north-west end of the island of Cyprus, right at the centre of a beautiful bay and on the edge of the Akamas peninsula nature reserve. An important kingdom in ancient times, it now offers a unique combination of unspoilt sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, a beautiful countryside with a very rich wildlife, a very mild climate and the most hospitable and welcoming people. The beautiful Polis square (15-minute walk from the hotel) offers a variety of traditional Cyprus tavernas and open-air coffee shops and is a meeting place for locals and visitors alike. The small fishing harbour of Latchi is itself another attraction and also provides the area with a daily supply of fresh fish. Polis is also an ideal base for the exploration of a most interesting surrounding area. A day discovering the numerous small Byzantine churches around Polis or visiting the well known Byzantine monasteries of the region will be remembered. The scenery is always spectacular, varying from the coastal cliffs of cape Pomos, to the pine and cedar forests of the Pafos mountains and the vineyards of the Laona area. However, no visit to the area will be complete unless it includes a day out in the Akamas peninsula nature reserve. An unspoiled land, with several nature trails, the Akamas is simply a nature lovers paradise.
